Narratives around the MACBA Collection
With the educational patronage of
Thanks to the suport given by “Fundación La Caixa”, the MACBA Foundation together with the museum promote a compound of brief video capsules to bring the MACBA Collection and contemporary art closer to the users of the “CaixaForum+” platform.
Each capsule, directed by the museum’s curatorial team, is dedicated to a selected piece of one of the emblemàtic artists of the MACBA Collection such as Antoni Tàpies, Jenny Holzer, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Francesc Torres or CVS, amongst others.

The children of the neighbourhood programme
The programme, entitled “Els nens i nenes del barri” and “Grup de joves”, allows children from 9 to 12 years old and young people from 12 years old in the Raval neighbourhood to experience the museum with an artist through creative activities.

A virtual journey through the MACBA Collection, filled with curiosities and exclusive unreleased content, hearing the voices of the artists and exploring the more unusual prespectives of the collection.
